The original eight-story Hotel Grim, was constructed in 1925. The structure is 103,200 square feet large and was Texarkana’s second-tallest skyscraper when it was erected. On State Line Avenue, close to the boundary between Texas and Arkansas, the landmark structure is situated at a key location.
